within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
and CANADA. You may not export any products purchased at
the UbimedŽ Store.

The UbimedŽ Store sells and ships products to end
user customers only.
At UbimedŽ, we do all we can to provide the best service
possible to our customers. As soon as your order is placed on our
website, our team will ship it right away so you get to enjoy our
products as soon as possible! It is for this specific reason that we may
not cancel any order. If you have made a mistake, you may call us so we can recall the product.
However, we will charge you for 25% of the total price. This will cover for the shipping back,
handling fees and other costs generated by your order.
We also take great pride in the quality of our
product and we want you to be completely satisfied.
Our goal is to provide a high quality product that makes
you and your baby more comfortable. If the product you have
ordered is damaged or defective, we will be glad to
exchange it (or repair the product if possible) within 30
days from the date of purchase. Any product returned (unopened box) will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Ubimed products are personal, single owner medical baby products. Each product we ship out for your infant is clean, fresh, and brand new! We are therefore unable to accept product returns except to exchange damaged goods.
All products returned for an exchange must be unused and sent back to UbimedŽ in its original packaging. Please insure your return package and obtain a tracking number for your records. We will not be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Customers are held responsible for return shipping charges.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) PRODUCT
If you believe that your product is DOA, please call
UbimedŽ Care Technical Support at within 7 calendar days
of the reception date. UbimedŽ Care Technical Support
will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you
the Replacement. The same product that you ordered will
be shipped to you at Ubimed expense. UbimedŽ Care
Technical Support will set up a replacement order and
provide the procedure for returning the DOA product.
Product must be deemed DOA by UbimedŽ Care Technical
Support within 7 calendar days of the reception date in
order to receive a replacement unit.
DOA Terms and Conditions
This DOA policy applies only to Ubimed-branded hardware
products bought at the Ubimed Consumer Web Store. As new
products are offered, UbimedŽ reserves the right to
determine whether or not this policy applies. If the
product is deemed DOA by UbimedŽ Care Technical Support
more than 7 calendar days after reception date, Ubimed
standard product warranty will apply. If the product is
deemed by UbimedŽ Care Technical Support NOT to be DOA,
Ubimed standard product warranty will apply. Shipping
will be arranged at Ubimed expense for all products
determined by UbimedŽ Care Technical Support to be DOA.
UbimedŽ reserves the right to test returned DOA product.
If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the
customer, Ubimed may impose a $50 handling &shipping
fee.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
UbimedŽ Branded Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for
any UbimedŽ-branded product, please contact UbimedŽ at
customer-service@ubimed.com or by phone at

Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of
your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty
information and other supporting documentation that came
